Utilizing the TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight, this class will rapidly increase your strength and range of motion progressing through total body resistance training to sculpt, shape, and build your muscles. All fitness levels welcomed!

What is TRX? The TRX System, also known as Total Resistance Exercises, refers to a specialized form of suspension training that utilizes equipment developed by former U.S. Navy SEAL Randy Hetrick. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. TRX was built on the idea that fitness can be achieved by everyone with one simple method: Suspension Training. Today, we're an all-in-one fitness experience that powers you to get strong, confident, and ready to move from absolutely anywhere.
